1. Where does your company name come from?

Even though you might think that the name of our company represents the candidates’ physical and mental abilities, in fact it is based on the name of Ernest Shackleton’s vessel.  Shackleton’s ideas of recruiting a diverse group of talented individuals for new adventures are the essence of this organization.

2.  How long do you hold on to my application and resume?

We will hold on to your resume for up to six month, unless you update your credentials and/or participate in our web 2.0 tools such as wikis, blog and social network.

3. How can I get a free gear?

You can get a free gear by participating in the High Tide Program

4. When do I start working?

After we have conducted the interview and completed the screening process, we will start looking for organizations that have a need for your skill set.  As soon as we make the match you will start working.  It is important to have your experience well documented as well as your certifications up to date.

5.  Who pays my check?

Your check will be paid by the organization that hires you.  We make the placement, but you will work for the organization that selected you based on your competencies, skills and experience.
