Training Overview
Since Endurance Staffing’s main purpose is to offer recruitment and placement for experiential education organization; training becomes a pillar in making the right match. We think about experiential educators as individuals who have the knowledge, skills and attitude to teach and learn experientially. Therefore, we are intentional about selecting candidates with the right attitude and a base set of knowledge and skills to effectively deliver the educational product. We have compiled a list (below) of some of the major certifications experiential educators need and the organizations that offer them.
Medical Trainings (wilderness first aid, responder and EMT) – WMA, WMI and SOLO
Rock Climbing Training- AMGA, PCIA
Leave No Trace – LNT
Kayaking and Canoeing – ACA
Sailing/Captain license – US Coast Guard
Challenge Course Facilitation/Management – PA & High 5

Endurance Staffing has compiled a series of trainings from different organizations to provide candidates with options for acquiring the knowledge and skills they may need. ES does not have a partnership nor do we endorse any of these companies.
In addition, we have a list with a short description of the workshops we deliver. These workshops are delivered online three times a year or on-site upon organization/business request. The cost is $99.00 per person
