We meet with the organization to learn about their structure, programs, ideal employee and discuss their needs.   Then we match those needs with our candidates.  Each candidate has been pre-screened, making the hiring process an effective one for the organization as well as the candidate.
The market we serve

ES is structured like other temporary and permanent placement agencies. However, it will serve clients with needs for select, specialized professionals in the experiential education field.   ES has two divisions, outdoor instructors and indoor instructors/teachers, targeting the following areas of expertise:

 We will help you find a qualified candidate that matches your needs. We have staffing solutions for every size organization. No matter what your needs are we have a diverse group of candidates with specialties in challenge course facilitation and management, sea kayaking, rockclimbing, backpacking, canoeing, sailing, environmental science and experiential learning in the classroom.  100% Instructor Guarantee Program
In addition, ES provides an optional service called 100% instructor placement guarantee program for a fee. During the summer months only (Memorial Day to Labor Day), ES will guarantee to have an instructor available within 48 hours of the program. Endurance Staffing will pay the tuition of the students enrollment (up to $10,000.00) if we cannot place a qualified instructor in the course.
